About Tracy Voss

Tracy Voss has been a passionate advocate for animal welfare her entire life. As the founder of Tracy’s Paws Rescue and a retired Merck Animal Health representative, she has rescued over 14,000 animals since 2010. Tracy combines her extensive knowledge of animal care with her commitment to rescue and education, offering workshops and presentations that inspire others to care for animals compassionately. Her mission is simple: to make the world a better place for people and their pets. Her goal is for every dog to have a loving home and for every person to experience the joy of pet companionship. Tracy is excited to share her life experiences, the role animals have played in her life, and her animal care expertise with you as part of this transformative program.

What is Oliver's House?

Oliver's House is a place of refuge for abused, neglected and abandoned dogs that come from the streets and from high intake shelters in the San Antonio area and near the border of Mexico.
Oliver's House has a full spay/neuter clinic inside and is an in-between kennel/home atmosphere to prepare the dogs for their forever homes.

Oliver's House is the home of the non-profit TracysPawsRescue which was founded by Tracy in 2020.  Click here to learn more information and how you can help: www.TracysPawsRescue.org
