Welcome to Live Like a Dog

Live Like a Dog was established in 2021 and is an educational based company with programs designed to teach children to have compassion for all living creatures.   
My name is Tracy Voss and I am the founder of LLaD.  I have been a dog rescuer since I was a small child and I am excited to be sharing real stories through children's books about the dogs I have rescued over the years.  
Through education about rescue dogs,  children can learn valuable life lessons that will help them through challenging times while growing up.  Educating our youth on responsible pet ownership  teaches kids how to become responsible adults and how they can make a positive impact in the life of an animal.     Children grow up to be adults and we must give them tools to help them become compassionate human beings to make our world a better place for generations to come.  

Our shop was opened as a way to allow animal lovers to give back 10% of every purchase to charity while also supporting the development of educational material for children.
